Job Overview
As an ABA Technician, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. What you’ll do
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to support clients' behavioral goals.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate documentation of behaviors and interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supervisors, therapists, and family members, to optimize care strategies.
- Provide direct support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities during therapy sessions and daily activities.
- Assist in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and documentation.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills in behavioral therapy, special education practices, and patient care techniques.
