Remote Call Center Representative – Temporary Contract
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Length: Approx. 6 Weeks (ending around November 5, 2025)
Start Date: Immediate openings
Equipment: Candidate must use their own Windows laptop
Overview:
We’re hiring temporary remote call center agents to support a nationwide shareholder engagement initiative. This role involves reaching out to shareholders via phone to gather information related to their participation in an upcoming vote. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume calling campaign that is expected to wrap up in early November.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 60 outbound calls per day using an automated dialing system
- Speak briefly with shareholders to collect simple responses
- Leave numerous voicemails using a provided script when contacts are unavailable
- Follow clear call guidelines and accurately log responses
- Participate in paid virtual training prior to the campaign launch
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional and confident speaking voice
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote environment
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and structured conversations
- Strong attention to detail when entering data
- Dependable work habits and consistent attendance throughout the project
Tech Requirements:
- You must use your own laptop or desktop running:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- At least 8GB of RAM
- Not compatible with Mac, Chromebook, Linux, or Windows S Mode
- Reliable internet connection is essential
- Headset with microphone required (we can ship one to you if needed)
