We’re expanding our Richmond team and looking for a driven Recruiter & Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships that lead to real results.
📍 Location: Scott’s Addition (RVA)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🏠 Hybrid: REMOTE Thursdays & Fridays
🤝 Team: Small, collaborative, high-energy group
⭐ What You’ll Do
This is a blended recruiting sales role supporting contract, contract-to-hire, and perm placements. You’ll be the connector between top talent and hiring managers across industries. This is a complex solution, so a great mixture of prospecting and account management is key to success!
Your days will include:
📞 Lots of outbound calls to candidates & hiring managers
🎯 Driving business development activities and new client outreach
🔎 Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
🤝 Building and maintaining strong client relationships
🚀 Helping match great people with great opportunities
