Join our team at Magnifi Group as a part-time (with the potential to be full-time) Event Coordinator for our 6 annual conferences.
Responsibilities include creating captivating social media content, updating and maintaining websites, tracking attendee event registrations, and managing flight bookings.
As a support for our trade shows and event logistics, you’ll source quotes for various services, manage course print materials, and maintain our surgeon contact databases.
Skills : Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Wix, Microsoft Excel. Event coordination experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent written skills and verbal skills, comfort negotiating with vendors, and confident personality.
This position will work in-person at the San Diego office. The position will begin part-time hours with the potential to be promoted to full-time.
