Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Standing, sitting or walking for eight hours a day or more. Fine dexterity required to utilize computer keyboards. Visual skills required for computer monitors and related business equipment. May need to do occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds) during working hours and community events. Work is performed in an open office environment with moderate noise level (i.e. computers, telephones, printers, etc.). Occasional weekend or evening hours as needed. Occasional travel required. Magnifi Financial is a tobacco-free environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists members with all routine transactions including teller machine transactions.
- Creates a remarkable member experience by responding and providing resolutions to member requests with expertise.
- Consults with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial need. Makes referrals to appropriate departments.
- Responsible for maintaining cash drawer, cash recycler and the day-to-day operation of ATM machines (deposit and restocking of ATM).
- Performs a wide range of account services including, but not limited to setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking and digital banking, credit and debit card activation, debit card inquiries, transfers, funding loans, handling debit card inquiries, address changes, stop payments, transfers, check orders, etc.
- Transforms the way banking is done by encouraging and coaching members to adopt new digital solutions (mobile banking, digital banking, ATM’s).
- May perform opening and/or closing duties for the branch.
- Contributes to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial by actively participating in community relations efforts.
- High school diploma or currently pursuing a high school diploma required, two-year degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience required
- Notary Public designation in this position is optional

- Knowledge of the financial industry including knowledge of the various products, policies, procedures, history, and philosophy of credit unions
- Knowledge of deposit compliance and industry regulations
- Knowledge of BSA compliance including monitoring for and reporting suspicious activity, familiarity with BSA/OFAC regulations, and completing required trainings timely
- Knowledge of laws relative to complex and/or specialized accounts (i.e. corporations, IRA’s, trusts)
- Public relations abilities, including the ability to positively reflect Magnifi Financial’s image in the community and the marketplace
- Ability to maintain composure, poise, and patience when dealing with members and to engage them in conversation regarding products and services
- An understanding of information technology concepts including Microsoft Office software applications
- Skill in accuracy in cash counting
- Skill in performing basic arithmetic calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division ratios and percentages
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Skill in verbal and written communication
- Effective consultative and referral skills
- Ability to present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and knowledge from the member
- Ability to identify opportunities to address members’ financial needs by appropriately and accurately demonstrating products and services to members
