Duties
- Act as the face of the brand by engaging with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Distribute promotional materials and samples at events, retail outlets, or public spaces
- Provide information about our products and services, answering questions confidently and accurately
- Organise and participate in promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the brand’s image at all times
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are visually appealing
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is desirable
