Shift Lead - Second Shift Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Responsible for leading 3- person team in the execution of the following duties:
- Complete the daily production schedule - normally 3 hours during peak season
- Clean Production Area and Equipment in accordance with company standards - approximately 45 mins
- Operate and move around warehouse in Box Trucks and Beverage Trucks (like beer/pop trucks) for loading and unloading
- Build specialty rack of product as indicated on load plan
- Unload and load Beverage Trucks
- Unload and load Box Trucks
- Unload and load vans
- Unload and load Semi Trailers
- Clean and maintain warehouse
- stage line for next day production run
Position Requires:
- Previous Lead or Equivalent Experience
- Forklift Experience - minimum 2 years
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Good communicator
- Time management skills
- Standing for long durations
- Repetitive lifting of 45 pounds
- Problem solving
- Can operate a yard "dog" truck - Not Required for employment but a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
