Role Summary

Magnetic Hair Design is seeking a charismatic and results-oriented TikTok LIVE Sales Associate to host engaging live shopping events on TikTok. In this role, you will showcase wigs, hair extensions, haircare products, and styling accessories while educating viewers, answering questions, and driving sales in real time.

This position is ideal for someone who loves beauty, thrives on camera, and has a passion for sales, customer engagement, and social media. This is a flexible, part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 3 hours per scheduled TikTok LIVE session. Successful candidates will have opportunities to increase hours and earnings based on performance and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and high-converting TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
• Demonstrate wigs, extensions, and beauty products while highlighting features, benefits, and styling options
• Educate viewers on product selection, installation, maintenance, and care
• Answer customer questions in real time and provide exceptional customer service
• Drive sales through compelling product presentations, promotions, and calls-to-action
• Build rapport with viewers and create an interactive shopping experience
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-camera presence
• Stay informed about product inventory, pricing, promotions, and live selling goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live selling strategies and campaigns
• Create or participate in short-form TikTok content to support live events and product launches
• Monitor TikTok trends and best practices to maximize audience engagement and sales performance
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve live sales performance and customer experience
• Represent the Magnetic Hair Design brand professionally and positively at all times
• Stand for extended periods during live sessions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or live selling preferred
• Experience with TikTok LIVE, social commerce, or livestream sales is highly preferred
• Passion for beauty, wigs, hair extensions, and fashion trends
• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with live audiences
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently demonstrate products and overcome customer objections
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goals
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, features, and audience engagement strategies
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Immediate availability is a plus

Compensation & Employment Details

• Part-time position
• Starting at $15/hr
• Minimum 3-hour commitment per scheduled TikTok LIVE session
• Flexible scheduling
