Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg in Webster Springs, West Virginia. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessment and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to medical protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and clinical progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.

About the Position:

This is a travel nursing job opportunity that requires 13 weeks of commitment, working 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts, primarily at night. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate care to patients across a variety of diagnoses and procedures.
