Summary of Role
Producers work with multiple internal stakeholders to help create outstanding work for online video and branded content for global brands. Working closely with internal stakeholders, Production crews, and clients, Producers serve as the front-line communication and ideation for integral projects and manage each production. Producers are involved in the execution, budgeting and scheduling of projects ranging from animation to live action to live stream.
Responsibilities
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographical location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Magnet Media's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include 401k match program, Paid Time Off policy and other programs sponsored by the company.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage Pre- and Post-production processes in order to ensure accurate launch, execution and completion of all project milestones
- Responsible for administration duties related to your assigned projects. Duties include budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, tracking of hours, and all related deliverables
- Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.
- Develop creative approaches to client and/or project issues
- Continually assess and evaluate processes and offer creative solutions where there is need for improvement
- 4-5 years experience managing a Production process for branded video content
- Knowledge of AI and it's expanding role in Production
- Experience with live events and knowledge of the streaming process a plus
- Ability to speak with executive-level clients to convey information effectively
- Editing in Adobe Premiere and post-production technical experience a plus

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
