Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining the stage‑gate process for product development activities
- Organize workflows and standardize documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across stakeholders
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and streamline data management
- Manage and update pipeline reporting tools to maintain accurate, timely visibility into project status
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards to communicate trends, progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership
- Apply artificial intelligence tools to support data analysis, automation, and reporting improvements
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Commercial, and other teams to ensure alignment throughout the commercialization and new product introduction process
- Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Product Management, Operations, or a related field.
- strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Interest in product development, innovation, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and basic data modeling
- Familiarity with AI tools or automated analytics platforms (highly preferred)
- Strong administrative, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
- Self‑starter with the initiative to lead components of projects and drive tasks forward
