Coordinate and exercise technical authority over opera􀆟ons to ensure highmachine efficiency, produc􀆟vity and quality products with low waste.Focuses on short and medium-term process improvements, analyses energy and raw materialefficiencies.Scopes and propose poten􀆟al improvement methods and technology upgrade projects.Leads root cause analysis for equipment failures and devia􀆟ons versus target performances, formalizingreports and data trends associated with ac􀆟ons.

Responsibilities

Supports plant Safety & Quality vision, policies and ini􀆟a􀆟ves. Learns, understands & asses plant manufacturing technologies and process control systems. Technical owner & lead improvements for assigned produc􀆟on line and\or technologies. Lead & keep accountability to set process methods, promo􀆟ng consistent opera􀆟ons throughthe crea􀆟on and op􀆟miza􀆟on of Standard Opera􀆟ve Procedure’s oriented to maximizeu􀆟liza􀆟on of resources in all aspects of the opera􀆟on. Secure availability and usage of the line recipe for each products by line. Support ac􀆟vely mul􀆟-skill opera􀆟on strategy Develop training course documenta􀆟on to support training ini􀆟a􀆟ve to standardize and raiseskills of operators. Support and train manufacturing operators to ensure safe op􀆟mized use of equipment andmaterials to meet customers’ needs and Company profitability standard. Provide technical exper􀆟se and experience to other site func􀆟on to support plant performance. Secure periodical data gathering and repor􀆟ng. Analyse produc􀆟on performances. Analyse root causes of the produc􀆟on variances. Iden􀆟fy and analyse for equipment failures root cause analysis. Advanced troubleshoo􀆟ng of the process and\or product defect. Define and implement correc􀆟ve ac􀆟ons and promote improvement program. Iden􀆟fy and implement manufacturing improvements ini􀆟a􀆟ves adop􀆟ng Lean Six Sigma &DMAIC methodologies. Propose and lead new equipment installa􀆟on and startup. Implement local and corporate based quality ini􀆟a􀆟ves including Process Change and FMEA. Manages process changes through controlled experimenta􀆟on and design of experiment.
