We are seeking experienced Extruder Operators to join Magnera, at its successful location in Mooresville. This is a great opportunity to work with highly talented and experienced team that welcomes new employees.
This position is NIGHTS - 4 nights on/4 nights off - 12.5 hours per day (6:30p to 7a) overtime.

- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout production.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
- Lift materials and products (up to 70 lbs.) as needed.
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- High School Diploma, (or a GED) or equivalent experience is required
- Must have extruder machine operating experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment.
- Must possess good problem-solving skills, basic math skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to speak, understand, write English.
