The Sales Assistant is an in office position working hours 9 am-5 pm. The Sales Assistant will follow-up with sales leads, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from leads and customers.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning MagnaWave products, their uses, and the PEMF industry.
- Assigns sales leads, questions, and issues to sales staff.
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other sales information to clients.
- Negotiates terms of sales and/or service agreements; prepares contracts, quotes, and submits orders.
- Collaborates with other departments, managers, and staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Periodically prepares and reports results and status updates of accounts and leads.
- Assists with answering phone calls and coordinating appointments.
- Connecting incoming leads with Sales Representatives
- Troubleshoots internal system issues.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Support Staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years office experience, preferably in customer service or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Detail-oriented and self-starter
- Infusionsoft experience a plus, but not required
- Mac experience a plus
- Equine industry experience a plus
- High School diploma required, college degree preferred
