$30/hr bonus

We are looking for an experience medical scheduler in a 15-doctor practice.

Job duties:

• Be able to handle and rearrange the schedule for 15 full time doctors
• Extensive scheduling experience in a medical office environment
• Make sure we receive medical clearances if needed before surgery.
• Maintain and update doctors’ schedules throughout the day.
• Rescheduling patients’ appointments via telephone or text.
• Prepare and compile medical records

Core Qualifications

• Excellent familiarity with medical terminology
• Knowledge in A1C and blood pressure
• Superior proficiency in handling electronic medical records
• Strong skills in patient requirement documentation
• Good oral and written communication skills
