As an Inbound Sales Representative/Setter, you'll play a crucial role in our success by providing exceptional service to our incoming customers and helping them find the right solutions to meet their dental needs. You’ll be the driving force behind our mission, making the first contact with decision-makers, and guiding them through our innovative services and the life changing benefits of dental implants. You’ll book consultation appointments for warm leads with our amazing dental implant treatment consultants. NO COLD CALLING. WORK FROM HOME.

Work Hours are set 5 days a week which can include weekends.

Start time can be

5am to 1pm est

1pm to 9pm est

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement - Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries, whether through phone calls, emails, or live chat. Build rapport with customers and actively listen to understand their requirements and pain points.

2. Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of DENTAL IMPLANTS, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate this knowledge to potential customers to showcase how our offerings can meet their needs. No previous dental experience is necessary. We will provide the training!

3. Telephone conversations - Conduct engaging calls with potential customers. Tailor your approach based on individual customer preferences and requirements.

Requirements:

1. Previous Sales/Setter Experience - Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, telesales, or related customer service roles.

2. Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

3. Customer-Centric - A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service. Ability to empathize and address customer concerns effectively.

4. Product Knowledge - Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products/services.

6. Time Management - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

7. Team Player - Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Tech-Savvy - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

9. Bachelor's Degree - While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be an advantage.
