Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments and overseeing patient flow.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and patient information using practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Epic, or Dentrix.
- Oversee financial management tasks including billing, collections, and insurance claims processing.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure compliance with health regulations and office policies.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally to foster a positive patient experience.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a cohesive team.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental office management or medical office management is preferred.
- Familiarity with practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Epic, or Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical records management and financial processes related to healthcare services.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of acute care and managed care environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
