Job Summary
This role leads, manages, and monitors inventory levels, on-time shipment of finished goods, warehousing/shipping of goods, and procurement of raw materials. The successful candidate will coordinate production/planning activities to ensure new products are launched in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops, manages, and maintains departmental plans, budgets, and master production schedule.
- Coordinates with sales forecast, customer demand, material availability, capacity planning, and management direction.
- Assures compliance with Materials Department requirements, long-term strategies, company, and customer standards.
- Provides operational managerial leadership for functional department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with four years' experience in related field or equivalent.
- Certified in production inventory management.
- Eight years diverse professional and managerial experience including financial/budget responsibility, management leadership, and strategic decision making/leadership.
