Overview
The Account Executive (AE) plays a mission-critical role in MagnaWave’s growth by converting new inbound,event-generated, and self-sourced outbound leads into enthusiastic, successful customers. This position is designed for a high-energy, self-driven sales professional who thrives on structure, precision, and results.
You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal, while maintaining clean, accurate pipeline data and following the MagnaWave sales process to ensure consistency, transparency, and predictable performance.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Execution
Engage promptly and professionally with new inbound leads from multiple channels, including digital campaigns, events, and referrals.
Manage leads through each stage of the sales pipeline with precision and urgency, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks (NO lead left behind!)
Follow MagnaWave’s established sales process and training protocols to move prospects efficiently from inquiry to purchase.
Conduct consultative sales calls, product demos, and follow-ups that align with the customer’s needs and buying journey.
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through disciplined follow-up, time management, and closing skills.
Pipeline Discipline & CRM Accuracy
Maintain rigorous documentation in Odoo for all leads, calls, emails, demos, and follow-ups.
Keep pipelines current and accurate, reflecting true opportunity stages, forecast value, and next steps at all times.
Leverage CRM data to manage workload, track performance, and collaborate with leadership for continual improvement.
Event & Campaign Follow-Up
Act quickly on event-generated and marketing-qualified leads to maximize conversion potential.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure leads from trade shows, conferences, and partnerships are contacted and nurtured within defined SLAs.
Provide structured feedback on lead quality and campaign results to support continuous improvement in marketing-to-sales alignment.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Develop a comprehensive understanding of MagnaWave’s products, applications, and competitive advantages.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that educate and inspire confidence in potential clients.
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with Education, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a smooth client handoff and consistent customer experience.
Actively contribute to team training sessions, meetings, and process refinement discussions.
Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless hand-off from AE to AM once prospect becomes a customer
Additional Responsibilities
Stay current with all internal training (Trainual) and sales enablement materials.
Adhere to company values, policies, and compliance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and company.
Required Skills & Attributes
Proven track record of success in high-velocity or consultative sales environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage and close a large volume of leads effectively.
Expert-level pipeline discipline and CRM accuracy (Odoo preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and relentless in pursuing sales targets.
Positive, coachable attitude and strong alignment with MagnaWave’s Core Values.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
