Full-Time Commercial Lines Account Manager
Estimated Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Responsibilities:
- Provides service to clients insurance needs
- Establishes working relationships with clients and carriers
- Determines clients specific needs by gathering information from client and assessing risks that need to be managed with insurance policies
- Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage
- Communicates effectively with carriers to obtain accurate coverage for clients
- Processes payments for clients
- Document client and policy information in agency management system
- Communicate effectively with commercial lines team
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Oklahoma State Property/Casualty Insurance License (Highly Preferred)
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Trustworthy handling confidential information
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Comfort with desktop computer system and Windows Operating System
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Bilingual candidates welcome
- Positive Attitude and team player
