Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce Marketplaces, the eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator supports day-to-day marketplace and catalog activities that help improve product discoverability, content accuracy, customer experience, and conversion across eCommerce marketplaces where MAGID has a presence. This role is ideal for someone with foundational eCommerce, merchandising, marketplace, catalog, or data experience who is comfortable learning new systems, following assigned priorities, working with product information, and using marketplace data to support ongoing improvements. The position will assist with product setup, content updates, catalog monitoring, routine audits, reporting, and cross-functional follow-through under the guidance of the eCommerce Marketplace Manager.

The salary range for this position is $55,250 to $70,850. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support product setup, categorization, content updates, pricing review, and merchandising improvements across assigned eCommerce marketplaces using established processes and priorities.
- Help improve online product listings and shopping experiences so products are easier for customers to discover, evaluate, and purchase through updates to site search, product detail pages, and guided shopping content.
- Review product content for accuracy and completeness, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other marketplace-required fields.
- Conduct routine account and catalog audits across marketplace platforms to identify product setup issues, content gaps, suppression risks, pricing or attribute inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve catalog accuracy and marketplace performance.
- Monitor marketplace and product performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, sell-through, and inventory levels to help identify trends and potential issues.
- Use Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplace tools to support listing creation, content maintenance, item updates, merchandising execution, and issue resolution.
- Use third-party marketplace monitoring and optimization tools, such as Amalytix or similar platforms, to track account and catalog health, surface recurring issues, support reporting, and assist with simple monitoring workflows or automations.
- Work from assigned priorities in project and workflow tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms to support onboarding, daily execution, and project follow-through.
- Use AS400 ERP information, in partnership with internal teams, to support product setup, inventory awareness, data validation, and marketplace execution.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, IT, Inventory, and Digital Marketing teams to support site updates, content needs, merchandising calendars, promotional timelines, and campaign execution.
- Review marketplace data and product content observations to help identify practical opportunities to improve discoverability, content quality, product positioning, bundling, and conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent internship, coursework, or relevant hands-on experience may also be considered.
- 0–2 years of work experience in eCommerce, merchandising, marketplace operations, catalog management, digital retail, marketing support, or a related field.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, product information systems, or marketplace tools preferred, such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Amazon Vendor Central, or Amazon Seller Central.
- Foundational understanding of eCommerce, online merchandising, digital retail, or marketplace operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, product discoverability, and how product content can influence the online shopping experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred; AS400 experience or willingness to learn AS400-based workflows helpful.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reviewing large product or performance datasets with guidance.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or marketplace performance tools preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes accurately.
- Able to prioritize assigned work, manage multiple open items, and communicate status or blockers in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn new systems, ask questions, identify practical process improvements, and build marketplace knowledge over time.
