Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded Driver / Warehouse & Facilities Support team member to join our Romeoville facility. This position is a combination of delivery driving, warehouse support, and general facility maintenance.
The role will operate a 20-foot truck on local and Northwest Indiana routes while also supporting day-to-day warehouse and facility needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, comfortable working independently, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
Driving & Delivery
- Operate a 20-foot truck safely on local and Northwest Indiana routes.
- Complete deliveries and pickups as assigned.
- Maintain a safe driving record and follow all applicable driving and DOT requirements.
- Provide occasional support to Field Service operations as needed.
Warehouse & Facility Support
- Perform general warehouse and facility duties, including building pallets and folding boxes.
- Repair and maintain skids/pallets as needed.
- Collect trash and recycling throughout the facility.
- Prepare dumpsters for pickup.
- Assist with facility and warehouse projects as assigned.
- Assist Maintenance Mechanics with basic maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns promptly.
- Unload trucks and use RF Scanner for put away
- Order Filling: RF scanners to select and stage merchandise for transport, while efficiently fulfilling orders via foot or forklift
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE based on assigned tasks.
- Work independently while also supporting the warehouse, maintenance, and Field Service teams.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
