Responsibilities:
Roll out the red carpet treatment by greeting every guest with a warm, genuine welcome that makes them feel like VIPs
Work your magic with reservations and seating arrangements to keep our dining room flowing like a well-oiled machine
Guide guests to their tables with flair and ensure they're settled in with menus and everything they need
Be the communication hub between guests and our incredible service team to ensure everyone's on the same page
Handle incoming phone calls like a pro, taking reservations and answering questions with enthusiasm and accuracy
Keep our reception area looking sharp, tidy, and inviting at all times
Coordinate special events and large party bookings to help create unforgettable celebrations
Turn any guest concerns or complaints into opportunities to showcase our outstanding service recovery skills
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hosting, customer service, or hospitality role is a big plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that make people feel instantly comfortable
The ability to multitask like a champion while staying calm when things get busy
Tech-savvy with reservation systems and point-of-sale software
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Sharp attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
A professional appearance and an infectious positive attitude
Basic math skills for those times when you'll handle cash transactions
