We are looking for an ambitious and people-focused Sales Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, bartending, restaurants, sales, or other customer-facing environments who are ready to develop their communication, sales, and leadership skills.
In this role, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused initiatives through direct customer engagement. You’ll learn how to communicate an organization’s mission, connect with the community, and help generate support through professional sales and fundraising campaigns. As you gain experience, you’ll also have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, support new team members, and develop the leadership skills needed for management.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Management Trainee:
- Represent nonprofit organizations and their campaigns in a professional and positive manner
- Assist with training and supporting new team members as you gain experience
- Educate the public on the organization’s mission, programs, and impact
- Build strong communication and relationship-building skills through daily customer interactions
- Learn and apply effective sales and fundraising techniques
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress
