What You’ll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
- Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
- Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- GA LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
- Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
- Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
