Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, laundry, and window washing to ensure comprehensive service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and trash removal.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs.
• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as organizing spaces or restocking supplies when needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple appointments efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies; certification or experience in custodial or housekeeping management is advantageous.
