At Magical Beginnings Early Learning Center, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, enriching, and safe early childhood education environment where young children thrive. We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to guide and support toddlers through critical stages of growth and development.
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will design and implement a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters each child’s cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development. Your role will include providing individualized care, encouraging language development, promoting early learning skills, and helping toddlers explore their world with curiosity and confidence.

\n- Create a warm, structured environment for toddlers (15 months to 2.9 years) in a licensed early education center
- Support in the administrative office on an as-needed basis
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, language, and motor development
- Encourage emerging independence through self-help routines like feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Foster positive behavior and emotional regulation through modeling, redirection, and play-based learning
- Partner with families to share developmental updates and celebrate milestones
- EEC Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)
- Experience working in toddler classrooms within licensed child care or preschool programs
- Understanding of toddler behavior, routines, and development
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
- Positive, playful attitude and a genuine love for toddlers
