To-Go Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a person who can pack the orders. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in-person, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare and package food orders carefully, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion and delivery readiness.
• Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items, specials, and order status with excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station, including packaging supplies and work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of orders and exceptional guest relations at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive relations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in hotel or guest services can be an added advantage, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings.
