Our company is seeking a professional and dedicated Sales and Customer Service Representative who can communicate effectively with a wide variety of clients on the phone and in-person. The right candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent customer service and computer skills. We are searching for an individual who is enthusiastic about helping customers, is well-organized, hard-working and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Call or email customers to drive sales or service existing orders

Handle Ecommerce Marketing, updates and order processing

Travel to various locations in eastern USA to visit clients and increase company share of market

Accomplish sales and marketing objectives by working to increase company market share

Enter orders in Quickbooks and process payments and shipping through UPS Worldship or other common carrier

Accept and apply customer payments

Manage development and implementation of all company policies/procedures and customer centric practices.

Adapt and develop plans to quickly respond to volume surges or declines in order to meet customer needs

Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered on a daily basis.

Deliver unparalleled accuracy and customer service

Help in various areas of the business as dictated by needs

Contact vendors and tenants as needed for rental properties owned by related company Aran Holdings LLC

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
