About the Opportunity
Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company is hiring reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaners for a large post-construction apartment project located on the north side of Jacksonville.
This role involves cleaning newly constructed apartment units and related areas during multiple phases of the construction turnover process, including Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Puff (Touch-Up) Clean.
This position is best suited for individuals who can follow instructions, maintain quality, and work at a consistent pace in a construction environment.
Pay & Bonuses

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Some days may run longer depending on workload
- Some Saturdays required as needed to stay on schedule
- Consistent availability is required
Scope of Work
Rough Clean
- Remove construction dust, debris, and light material residue
- Sweep and vacuum floors
- Remove stickers, tape, and residue from windows, doors, appliances, and fixtures
Final Clean
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Clean cabinets (inside and out), countertops, doors, trim, and baseboards
- Clean sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors, tile, and fixtures
Puff (Touch-Up) Clean
- Light re-cleaning after punch-list work
- Final wipe-downs, polishing, and detail work
- Ensure units are inspection-ready and move-in ready
All work is performed in an active construction-site environment.
Requirements
✅ Prior cleaning experience (post-construction, commercial, residential, or detailed cleaning)
✅ Reliable transportation to the North Jacksonville job site
✅ Smartphone with active service and ability to upload photos daily
✅ Ability to follow instructions and maintain a consistent work pace
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Able to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
✅ Comfortable working around dust, noise, and construction activity
✅ Dependable, punctual, and professional
✅ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Employment Status
This position is project-based and tied to a specific post-construction job. Employment beyond this project is not guaranteed and will be discussed during orientation.
