About the Opportunity
Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company is hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members for a large post-construction apartment project in Naples, Florida.
This position focuses on exterior window cleaning using lifts, while also supporting general post-construction cleaning tasks throughout the project.
Team members must be comfortable working in an active construction environment and maintaining high cleaning standards.
Pay & Bonus Program
$17.00 per hour
This position includes a completion bonus program for team members who demonstrate:
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Consistently arriving on time
- Positive teamwork and work ethic
- Ability to learn multiple tasks on site
- Showing initiative and helping the team stay on schedule
- Remaining with the project through completion
Bonus details are reviewed during orientation.
Payroll Note
Magic Touch operates on a 3-week payroll hold during the initial onboarding period. After the hold period, payroll runs on a consistent schedule.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 1:00 / 1:30 PM
Some days may run longer depending on project workload.
Occasional Saturdays may be required to keep the project on schedule.
Consistent availability and punctuality are required.
Scope of Work
This project includes three phases of cleaning:
Rough Clean
- Remove construction dust and debris
- Sweep and vacuum floors
- Remove stickers, tape, and residue from windows, appliances, and fixtures
- Prepare units for detailed cleaning
Final Clean
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Clean cabinets, countertops, trim, and baseboards
- Clean sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors, tile, and fixtures
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
Puff (Touch-Up) Clean
- Light re-cleaning after punch-list work
- Final wipe-downs and polishing
- Ensure units are inspection-ready and move-in ready
Additional Responsibilities
- Exterior window cleaning on multi-story buildings (up to 4 floors)
- Working on scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Assisting with pressure washing when needed
- Cleaning common areas, hallways, and exterior spaces
- Supporting team production to stay on schedule
Requirements
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with lift operation (scissor lifts, boom lifts, articulating lifts)
- Exterior window cleaning experience
- Pressure washing experience
- Post-construction or commercial cleaning experience

Must Be Comfortable With
- Working at heights (up to 4 stories)
- Operating lifts or being trained to safely use lifts
- Working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

First 90 Days
This position includes a strict 90-day introductory period.
- No no-shows or unexcused call-outs

Failure to meet expectations may result in removal from the project.
Employment Status
This is a project-based position tied to this construction project.
Continued employment after project completion is not guaranteed but may be available based on performance and upcoming projects.
