The Role
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the business. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the floor, leading the team, interacting with customers, and making sure every guest has a great experience.
You are the person who makes sure everything actually works—from staffing and scheduling to customer experience to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Execution
- Oversee daily operations of the facility (open play, parties, events)
- Ensure the space is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
- Manage opening/closing procedures and facility readiness
- Troubleshoot issues in real time (staffing gaps, customer concerns, equipment issues)
2. Customer Experience
- Ensure every visitor has a great time!
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and special requests
- Book and prepare for parties/events
- Create “wow” moments that drive repeat visits and referrals
4. Revenue & Growth
- Drive bookings for parties, memberships, and events
- Execute on revenue-driving initiatives
5. Systems & Organization
- Maintain accurate and updated records in Point of Sale system
- Implement and improve operational systems and checklists
- Manage inventory (snacks, supplies, party materials)
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance/repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and health standards

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
