We’re hiring a Director of Business Development / Affiliate Partnerships to help drive growth across affiliate marketing, lead generation, and performance-based partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry relationships, experience sourcing and closing new business, and a deep understanding of the affiliate ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and growing revenue across publishers, advertisers, lead buyers, networks, and other performance marketing partners.
South Florida-based candidates preferred. Experience in the affiliate marketing / lead generation space is a must. Existing book of business is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and close new business opportunities in affiliate marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing
- Build relationships with publishers, advertisers, lead buyers, networks, agencies, and strategic partners
- Identify new revenue opportunities across CPL, CPA, rev share, lead buying/selling, and related performance models
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Grow and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner opportunities with company goals
- Track activity, pipeline, forecasts, and deal progress through CRM or internal reporting tools
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive activity, and partner needs
Requirements
- 5 years of sales, business development, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing experience
- Existing experience in the affiliate / lead gen ecosystem is required
- Proven ability to generate, manage, and close new business
- Strong network of industry contacts preferred
- Experience working with publishers, advertisers, networks, agencies, lead buyers, or lead sellers
- Familiarity with CPL, CPA, rev share, pay-per-call, or other performance-based models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong ownership, organization, and follow-through
- South Florida-based or willing to work locally

- Experience attending or selling through affiliate / lead gen industry events
- Background in verticals such as insurance, finance, home services, legal, health, education, or consumer leads
