What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate and schedule jobs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to client emails in a timely manner
- Type and prepare job bids and estimates
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and service completion
- Assist with administrative duties and office tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an office or customer service role
- Prior experience in the service industry preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
- Strong written and verbal communication (grammar, clarity, and professionalism)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable using typical office hardware (phone, copier, fax, etc.)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
