The Glass Technician is responsible for repairing and installing windshields.
Primary Procedure: Repair and install autoglass with minimal call backs.
- Task 1: Train, practice and prepare
- Task 2: Drive, refuel, and maintain vehicle and tools.
Task 3: Operate safely for one’s self, coworkers and customer’s vehicle.
Secondary Procedure: Sustain maximize jobs completed per day.
- Task 1: Inspect glass and route before loading to prevent waste.
- Task 2: Report status to CSR, GM and customer to help assure good route.
- Task 3: Seek opportunities to complete more jobs by training on specialized tools and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
