This Position Is For Professionals Who:

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleaning to our company standards
- Follow customized cleaning specifications for each home
- Consistently deliver inspection-quality work
- Maintain excellent communication and professionalism
- Supply your own professional cleaning products and equipment
- Work independently while maintaining our quality expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Must be an Independent Contractor (1099)
- Own reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, reach, and stand throughout the workday
- Professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies
Service Area
Most assignments are located in Lake Wales, Florida.
To maximize efficiency and provide dependable service to our clients, preference will be given to subcontractors who live within approximately 10 miles of Lake Wales.
Applicants located farther away may be considered depending on availability and experience.
Our Standards
We are extremely selective about who joins our team.
We are not looking for cleaners who rush through homes or simply "wipe things down."
We are looking for professionals who notice the details:
- Clean corners and edges
- Properly dust high and low surfaces
- Remove buildup rather than clean around it
- Leave every home looking consistently exceptional
