Magic Foods Restaurant Group is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a 30 hours/week office job. This position includes Office Admin, Bookkeeping & Onboarding Team Members. The ideal candidate will assist with office operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting management with various clerical and organizational tasks. Magic Foods Restaurant Group (MFRG) is located in the Lakes Region of NH with six restaurants, one Inn and a full-service catering business.

Responsibilities

  • File and perform other office duties
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and all office forms of correspondence
  • Proof & check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
  • Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies found in the records
  • Provide friendly service through phone etiquette & email, providing prompt responses to our team
  • Maintain organizational standards by implementing efficient filing systems and document management procedures
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining office equipment

  • Facilitating occasional Pickups & Deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining office equipment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
  • Strong communication skills & teamwork necessary
  • Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and document accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a professional manner
  • Previous experience with office administrative support roles is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
