Pay: $45,000–$90,000 per year (based on individual sales)

Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a rewarding career? Magic City Auto Group is looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
No automotive sales experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
· Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
· Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
· Follow up with customers using our CRM.
· Deliver vehicles and provide an exceptional customer experience.
· Maintain an organized, attractive, and sales-ready inventory by moving and staging vehicles throughout the dealership lot.
· Share your customer deliveries on social media to help grow your personal brand and customer base.
· Participate in dealership and manufacturer training.
· Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
What We’re Looking For
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
