Duties
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately.
- Administer medications following medical documentation protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean environment by assisting with laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and ensuring overall hygiene standards are met.
- Prior experience working with geriatric patients in settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities is highly preferred
- Ability to perform lifting safely when necessary for patient transfers or mobility assistance
