Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking and ingredient handling under supervision.
• Buss tables efficiently, ensuring guest areas are tidy and inviting throughout service.
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up, clearing, and cleaning serving stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and dining areas through thorough cleaning routines.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely supply of clean dishes and kitchen tools.
• Follow all safety protocols to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination or accidents.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous.
• Experience with kitchen or banquet cleaning tasks demonstrates attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus.
• Prior roles involving serving or hospitality duties will help you excel in this position.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
