Duties

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using OpenTable.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours while keeping guests informed of wait times.
- Uphold restaurant standards for service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
