What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - Flagstaff position at Maggie's Hospice?
Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) - Hospice Flagstaff, Arizona
Exceptional Hospice Care. Exceptional Nurses.
At Maggie's Hospice, we believe great hospice care starts with great nurses.
We are a locally led Arizona organization built around a simple philosophy: when nurses are supported, patients receive better care. That means manageable caseloads, strong clinical leadership, meaningful relationships with patients and families, and a culture that values quality over volume.
If you're looking for a place where you can practice hospice nursing the way it was meant to be practiced, we'd love to talk with you.
Why Nurses Choose Maggie's Manageable Caseloads
We intentionally maintain smaller caseloads than many hospice providers so our nurses have the time needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
Real Work-Life Balance
Your time away from work matters. We have dedicated after-hours support and a night team so you're able to disconnect when you're off duty.
Comprehensive Orientation
Whether you're an experienced hospice nurse or transitioning from another clinical setting, we invest heavily in training and development with individualized onboarding and mentorship.
Strong Clinical Support
Work alongside experienced hospice providers, nurse leaders, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers who share a commitment to excellence.
