Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all clinical services within the branch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a high-performing team.
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient workflow, safety, and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor clinical quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage operational aspects such as scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control for medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, privacy regulations (such as HIPAA), and safety protocols across all clinical operations.
