Popular Maggie's Farm in Middleton is looking for part time Hosts/Food Runners to join our team!
We are looking to fill these positions in the fall.
If you enjoy talking with people and being a part of a fun and dynamic team, this job is for you! We are looking for an experienced, responsible individual who is outgoing to personable.
This is an incredibly busy location! The right candidate will need to be able to stand on their feet for the length of your shift and, be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task. You should also be outgoing, warm, gracious and excel at making others feel welcome.

What You’ll Do as a Food Runner at Maggie’s Farm
- Read and organize food tickets
- Identify dishes as they are plated and deliver food to the guests graciously and efficiently once all dishes are up for a table
- Assist the servers as needed
- Communicate effectively with both BOH and FOH employees

Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- Must have weekday lunch time and weekend availability
- Must be available to work 2-3 days a week
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the start of the dining experience
- Answer phones, receive take-out orders and answer guest questions accordingly
- Manage the wait list, strategically “moving pieces of the dining puzzle” in order to minimize wait times, minimize empty tables and evenly seat servers to ensure a high level of service can be provided to every guest
- Communicate with servers regarding their tables and with the kitchen regarding levels of business
- Assist the servers as needed, including clearing and resetting tables and refilling guests’ water glasses
Salary : $18 - $25
