Duties
- Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and fair housing regulations
- Manage administrative tasks including paperwork, listing updates, and client communications
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance and support throughout their real estate journey
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Prior real estate administrative experience preferred
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies to diverse audiences and leverage digital tools effectively
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one as required by local regulations
