The Opportunity

As we expand nationwide, we’re also building new technology and AI-driven tools to help our team work more efficiently and deliver even better results for our clients. In this role, we’re looking for team members who are not only detail-oriented and client-focused but also ready to embrace these tools to provide the highest level of service.
As a Client Services Specialist in our Albany, NY office, you’ll play a key role in both client support and application processing, while also helping us shape the future of how we work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
- Processing title and registration applications for New York, with opportunities to expand into additional states as our national footprint grows.
- Utilizing evolving technology and AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Collaborating with management to identify ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency through technology.
No prior motor vehicle title or registration experience is required—we’ll provide the training. What we’re looking for is a positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and readiness to grow with us in a tech-driven environment.

Compensation & Hours
- Entry-level positions start at $22 per hour.
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
