We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to assist in measuring and analyzing the impact of a series of broad marketing initiatives while supporting our franchise owners with retail-level insights and recommendations.
Job Overview
In this role you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to quantify the business impact across a series of marketing initiatives, delivering actionable insights to a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director of Digital and Marketing Analytics to provide insight into paid and earned media’s impact on brand health.
Communication skills are vital – your findings will be shared across a wide breadth of stakeholders with varying marketing backgrounds, ranging from individual franchise owners to the executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual contributor who enjoys getting creative with data and seeing their work have a direct impact across a variety of teams.
What will this role be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Retail-Level KPI Trending: Evaluate core business KPIs like service counts, membership, and gift card sales to compare one retailer's health to a larger cohort, evaluating factors such as availability and pricing.
Paid Media Measurement: Work with advertising agency partners to evaluate paid media’s impact on brand awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts geared at generating new customers convert to members.
SEO Measurement: Monitor organic search activity across traditional results alongside business listings to evaluate improvements in visibility, traffic, rank, and engagement holistically.
Promotional Measurement: Analyze the impact of different promotional constructs to understand which incentives are driving incremental value across members and non-members.
Website and App Analytics: Monitor overall traffic, online bookings, and online gift card sales across traffic sources to understand shifts in digital behavior and interest over time.
Market-level testing: Structure and analyze results of geographically-based incrementality testing or matched-market testing for new product launches, pricing, and marketing approaches and campaigns through our test and learn platform.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across Marketing, Technology and Operations teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring analytics best practices and data usage.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement. 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on media measurement and website analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to a range of stakeholders.
- Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Amplitude a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross- functionally to drive data-based decision-making.
- Experience with call tracking solutions (ex. Invoca, CallRail), test and learn solutions (ex. MasterCard Test & Learn (APT), MarketDial), and Media Mix Models a plus.
- Experience working with Franchise or Multi-Location brands a plus, but not a requirement.
