We’re looking for a highly organized, people-loving, Administrative Assistant to join our onsite team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience.

Compensation: $42,000 - $45,000 base salary w/ Monday thru Thursday work schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel like family
- Manage office calendars and coordinate appointments
- Keep communication flowing—phone, email, and in-person
- Confirmation for seminars
- Support advisors and leadership with meeting prep
- Assist with live event coordination and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly office environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Strong communication skills—professional, friendly, and clear
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, calendars, MS Office, etc.)
- Experience in a client-facing role is a huge plus
- Financial or retirement planning background is a bonus (not required)
- Coachable, motivated, dependable, and excited to grow
