Administration & Office Coordinator

About the Role

As the first friendly face clients see—and the steady operational support behind the scenes—you’ll play a central role in creating the unforgettable experience our firm is known for. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, support the advisory team, and ensure every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.


Compensation: $45,000 - $48,000 Base Salary Bonuses


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients with genuine warmth and ensure they feel taken care of
  • Manage calendars, schedule and confirm appointments, and support daily office flow
  • Serve as a communication hub—phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist advisors and leadership with meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Support live events and workshops, including coordination and attendee communication
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting office environment
  • Keep small but important details running seamlessly behind the scenes


What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of administrative, coordination, or leadership experience — or a relevant college degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—professional, friendly, and clear
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Tech-comfortable: email, calendars, MS Office, and similar tools
  • Experience using Canva is a plus
  • Prior client-facing experience is strongly preferred
  • Background in financial or retirement planning is helpful but not required
  • Coachable, dependable, motivated, and eager to grow with a long-term opportunity
