What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified, marketing-generated prospects (no cold calling) and convert them into long-term client relationships.
- Build and present comprehensive, fiduciary financial plans integrating retirement income, tax strategy, and protection solutions.
- Gather and manage client assets through our RIA platform, Foundations Investment Advisors.
- Design tax-smart withdrawal and Roth conversion strategies alongside in-house tax professionals.
- Leverage our robust operational and service team to deliver elite, ongoing client experiences.
- Participate in client education events and occasional radio, webinar, or community outreach programs.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Series 65 (or equivalent) and Oregon Life Insurance License.
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing advisory experience.
- Proven ability to close qualified prospects and gather new assets.
- Depth in retirement income, tax-aware investing, and annuity suitability.
- High integrity, consultative communication, and CRM discipline.
